SmartCodeStudio version 4.0, the latest update to its industry-leading label design
and barcode printing software.

Press Release Body: SmartCodeStudio is among the first of its class to introduce
MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognization) capability to barcode and labeling
software. TechnoRiver believes MICR will add significant value to its customers,
many whom are using laser printers to create complex barcode labels. When printed
through magnetic ink the MICR feature let these users print checks directly within
SmartCodeStudio.

MICR is used widely in the banking industry for checks procesing. SmartCodeStudio\'s
MICR feature supports the E13B standard, which is used widely and the United States
and many other countries.

Apart from MICR, the update also includes a new datasource, known as Pick List and
adds a couple of other improvements like barcode helpers and extended UCCEAN
support.
